F.I.T.W.I.S.E. is a fitness lifestyle training program with an intelligent, safe, sensible, and fun approach to fitness. The program teaches people how to exercise for optimal physical benefits, time-efficiency and to stay injury-free. In addition, it is designed to teach individuals how to eat healthy without being overwhelmed by the “fat mania” or the “carbohydrate conundrum” and enjoy eating real food again. Who do I work with?

I work with individuals who:

  • Are overweight and continually struggle to lose it.
  • Are unfit and want to increase their endurance, muscular strength and tone, and learn to enjoy exercise because they have an exercise program that they can live with.
  • Need to improve their overall health and wellness by Increasing energy, decreasing stress, and decreasing sickness by strengthening the body´s immune system.
  • Experience physical difficulty with exercise and need a customized program to help eliminate painful movement and keep them comfortably active.
  • Are at a healthy body weight/body fat level, but want to improve their physique.
  • Are willing to give up the elusive search for the "quick fix" and effortless way to lose weight and get fit as well as take the appropriate amount of time to achieve their goals.
