CoachingF.I.T.W.I.S.E. is a fitness lifestyle training program with an intelligent, safe, sensible, and fun approach to fitness. The program teaches people how to exercise for optimal physical benefits, time-efficiency and to stay injury-free. In addition, it is designed to teach individuals how to eat healthy without being overwhelmed by the “fat mania” or the “carbohydrate conundrum” and enjoy eating real food again. Pizza, ice cream and wine can be on the menu!
F.I.T.W.I.S.E. seeks to offer educational and practical guidance on exercise and diet that is livable and doable for most people. This program attempts to eliminate the “Yo-Yo” mentality by making fitness easy and comfortable.
F.I.T.W.I.S.E. takes a weaning approach and gradually progresses people into a consistent daily lifestyle of good health habits. We address the issue of “being human”, and teach you how to be in control most of the time.
F.I.T.W.I.S.E. is designed to help individuals understand genetic differences and capabilities, accept themselves for what they are, and pursue an appropriate fitness program for their individual capabilities.

Intelligent:

  • Incorporates frequent change to keep it interesting
  • Make use of different environments for convenience and boredom prevention
